Souci configuration module

Bonjour tout le monde,

 

je me permet de poster sur ce topic et pas en ouvrir un autre car moi aussi, ayant achete le module pop exit il y a bientot 15 jours, et bien sur contacte le sav, mais à part un message depuis plus de nouvelles, alors voila mon souci est le suivant quand j ouvre le module pour le configurer il m indique toute une liste d'erreur, alors je veut bien comprendre que le sav soit deborde, si quel qu un pouvait juste m indique la manip a faire pour corriger les erreurs je suis partant

j envoie chaque jour un message au développeur, qui est prestashop, mais aucune reponse je me desespere ... je n ai pas compris l autre solution que tu me propose

Je me pose quand même une question, le SAV prestashop existe t'il vraiment ? ou bien est ce que des fantômes ? car sérieux il ne repondent pas et je m inquiete serieusement sur le serieux du SAV
