As from last 18 May all email messages send from [email protected] are suddenly send as plain text.

 

We get the following message:

 

This is a message in multipart MIME format. Your mail client should not be displaying this. Consider upgrading your mail client to view this message

 

We have not changed anything in the Prestashop backoffice.

 

In the admin interface we have found the concerning template that is responsible for the plaintext version of the email.

 

It’s in /public/sites/www.q10bestbuy.com/modules/mailalerts/mails/nl/new_order.txt

In the template one can find the variable "{items}". This is the section in which the HTML is added to the plaintext version of the email.

Now here is my question:

Hoe can one get a list with ordered products in the new_order email TXT template, without HTML lay out.

As actually the webshop is not working well, please help.

Sinds 18 mei jl. worden vanuit [email protected] alle uitgaande emails verzonden als plain text.

Wij hebben van onze kant niets veranderd aan de instellingen in de Prestashop backoffice.

 

Onze server heeft n.a.v. beschrijvingen in de admin-interface de betreffende template gevonden die verantwoordelijk is voor de plaintext versie van de email.
Hij staat in  /public/sites/www.q10bestbuy.com/modules/mailalerts/mails/nl/new_order.txt

In de template staat de variabele "{items}". Dit is het deel waarin de HTML toegevoegd wordt aan de plaintext versie van de email.

Er gaat duidelijk iets fout en dit moet z.s.m. worden gerepareerd.

Graag enige spoed met uw reply, onze webwinkel fumctioneert niet goed a.g.v. dit probleem.
