Where can I find the secret word of moneybooker

There is a new module of moneybooker in the latest version,

I have an moneybooker account, however I can't find the secret word of it?

Anybody can help?

Secret word? You mean password?
What do you mean you cannot find it? Are you saying when you try to pay using the Moneybookers module, no password form is shown? Or that you do not know your Moneybookers password?

If you do not know your Moneybookers password/secret word, contact Moneybookers support.

Your Moneybookers 'Secret Word' is a word you set inside the account settings of your moneybookers account.

You've got to be 'Merchant Approved' before the 'Merchant Tools' option is available in your account, which is where the option is.

Once your approved, and the option is there, type something in the box in moneybookers, type the same in the prestashop box and its done.

You have to apply moneybookers merchant. Before that you have to prepare your site with with some rules. We are selling themes therefore we prepared some rules and terms-conditions. After then moneybooker will check your site. If your site will have some missing part, they will guide you what to make. Also I advice you to call moneybooker service center.

I did the same. But no response from moneybookers from last 8 days for my query. That is the reason I am worried. It will be great if you provide any alternative solution for it.

At the moment we are using moneybookers and we are approved as merchant. We called moneybookers and talked with them. They checked our site and asked to make some changes. We did all that said and called again. They checked again and said that is all, we will approve you, we will send you all required details like secret word.
