Multi-Store Not Working Correctly

Hi Awesome People,

 

I'm having a little bit of an issue with the Prestashop 1.6 Multi-Store Feature. I'm running two stores under the Multi-Store, one Main store and one Secondary store. They are only sharing Quantities, not other Attributes or Categories.

 

I can access the Secondary site Back Office via the Multi-Store Back Office, but no front end or theme changes I make to the Secondary Site are reflected Live, even after 24 or more hours have passed.

 

If I try log directly into the Secondary site's Back Office, it doesn't recognize any of the Logins from the Shared Database.

 

Thus I have no way to access the Back Office or make Theme changes to the site. I try to set-up the Employee Records via PhPmyAdmin, but it won't recognize the changes when I try to login afterwards.

 

I'm not sure what to do here, any help would be greatly appreciated.
