danh42
Since our first PrestaShop deployment on 1.6, we've been getting numerous reports from customers having trouble using a different billing address from their shipping address. I'm aware how to change this, but customers seem to frequently be overlooking the checkbox they need to uncheck, and their frustration is leading to abandoned carts. The main issue is that when a customer clicks "Update" underneath the invoice address, it also updates their delivery address, and updating their delivery address updates their invoice address, because they didn't realize they need to uncheck the box above. The majority of customers do use the same delivery and invoice address, so we still probably want to keep the current behavior where the same address is used for both, but those that do want to use different addresses for each are consistently running into problems. Has anyone come up with a way to simplify the process? We could just put a bright warning message on the page instructing users how to change their address, but it would be nicer if the process just weren't so confusing. Tahsin_85
Hallo, in the checkout process, you have on top of your addresses a checkbox. It is checked for using same address for delivery and billing.
