Product Grid For Mobile Version

Hello,

My website: www.agapi.lv
Choose mobile version and go to: http://agapi.lv/lv/24-kosmetika
1) On first page you will not see any sortings... don't know why...
2) If you choose: http://agapi.lv/lv/24-kosmetika#/page-2 and go to the bottom of the product list, you will see the sorting. But why it's not on top of the list and why it's not on the first page?

Hope you could answer on this, because developer who were doing this web - telling me that it's ok and Prestashop doing this by it self and he can't fix it.
