Modify Featured Products Module To Show All Products

I'd like to modify the featured products module to show all products without scrolling.

 

Right now (on desktop) it shows 4 products but you have to scroll through.  I want it to just continuing to show them down the page.

 

How do I go about this?

 

See my picture with the red circles.  The one in the top right is the buttons to scroll, I want those removed.  The bottom red circle is where I want the rest of the products to show.

Do you have any settings in backOffice?

if no, then you need completely to change your design of that module.

It's a standard module that came with prestashop, I believe.

What files would I need to modify to get this effect? There are options in back office but none for what I'm trying to do.
