Advanced Stock, Product Return: Physical Quantity Not Updated

Hello

In advanced stocks, if a client return a product, he makes a request which is accepted.

When we receive the product back, I go to the corresponding order page and:

• click "return products"
• select the product,
• check "restock product" and generate a "credit slip"
• click "return products

Inside "advanced stocks", this shows up on the stock movement (Augmenter) and the corresponding stocks increases:

• Physical quantity
• Usable quantity
• Real quantity

The corresponding quantity is visible in the catalog. Everything is fine until now.

 

The problem

When we change the status of the order form "delivered" to "refunded", the "real quantity" is decreased again (it should not) and the corresponding product is not visible in the catalog anymore.

 

How can I solve this problem?
