webpro
Hi, we have a Redsys TPV to allow bank payments in our site https://wifi.tienda We have installed a EV SSL Thawte certificate and since then we got a recurring error on our site: The payment goes well, but when I returns to the website we don't have the order in the order's list and the client don't have in it's order list although the payment has been alsways successfull. In the TPV admin zone I get this info: https://wifi.tienda/modules/banc_sabadell/banc_sabadell_ok.phpcom.ibm.jsse2.util.j: No trusted certificate found I've checked here https://cryptoreport.websecurity.symantec.com/checker/views/certCheck.jsp for my domain and looks like all is ok. And I've checked Redsys documentation and they support Thawte certificates without problem. I talk with the bank and they told me that I have to install the certificate at IP level, because if I check in the same page (https://cryptoreport.websecurity.symantec.com/checker/views/certCheck.jsp) for my ip I got this errors: You have 2 errors Wrong certificate installed. The domain name does not match the certificate common name or SAN. The certificate has expired. The certificate has expired. This server is not secure. Is that correct?? What the hell does it mean?? Thanks for your help, I don't know anywhere else to ask for help
