Is There Any Way To Setup Cron Job If The File Changes Every Hour?

Hello,

 

My supplier offers live update every hour from 9 am to 9 pm 7 days a week, but the file changes every hour. 

 

Here is an example for one day via FTP (2016 02 24 starting at 0900 to 2000):

 

201602240900.csv 1.6 MB 2/24/16, 9:05:00 AM

201602241000.csv 1.6 MB 2/24/16, 10:05:00 AM

201602241100.csv 1.6 MB 2/24/16, 11:05:00 AM

201602241200.csv 1.6 MB 2/24/16, 12:05:00 PM

201602241300.csv 1.6 MB 2/24/16, 1:05:00 PM

201602241400.csv 1.6 MB 2/24/16, 2:05:00 PM

201602241500.csv 1.6 MB 2/24/16, 3:05:00 PM

201602241600.csv 1.6 MB 2/24/16, 4:05:00 PM

201602241700.csv 1.6 MB 2/24/16, 5:05:00 PM

201602241800.csv 1.6 MB 2/24/16, 6:05:00 PM

Dose any one know if there is a way to set up this up where the file changes every hour and every day?
