They have migrated the database of prestashop with a new install of prestashop. But... we have a big shopping cart problem... Is there somebody who can or will help me about a shopping cart problem (prestashop v1.5.2.0). Everytime a product is added to the shopping cart and go to checkout, the shopping card is empty. If someone can help me to fix this problem, please send me pm. I have no experience and knowledge to change prestashop files to fix this problem. If there's a moderator or Prestahop expert who can fix it, I will pay something for it... To try or take a look at this shopping cart problem, visit: http://webshop.omnitrading.be I have found some possible solutions on this forum about similar shopping cart problems but I'm not able and have no experience to make changes in databases, php-files or whatever... El Patron Posted February 7, 2016 Share Posted February 7, 2016 uh, with on product in cart, we always lose the cart at checkout with two products in cart, we can start checkout but after registration it goes to my account and stops the checkout process when I then re-start (the 2 products still in cart) I can complete checkout. Try this: back office-->preferences-->orders-->change from 5 step checkout to one step checkout.... Note: during 1 product issue, I could not see any issues with .js in my console, so I don't have advice on how to fix, though it would appear that there is some change to checkout that is in-compatible with native. Also 1.5.2 was not a 'stellar' release and anything before 1.5.3 should be upgraded. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
