I want to set up an ecommerce site using the Prestashop Shopping Cart, or any other ecommerce OS shopping cart.

I’m after someone who is proficient in skinning template themes. I then want to incorporate the shopping cart into the theme

I want the design to be very retro, colourful and fun.
