Upgrading To Version 1.6.1.3

Hi,

 

I have tried upgrading to version 1.6.1.3 from version 1.5 using the one click upgrade and I get this error

 

Error during database upgrade. You may need to restore your database

 

I also selected for it to backup the DB and it gets in a loop saying backing up tables 293, backing up tables 293.... again and again and does not progress.

 

I have checked the DB permissions and they are set to full access.

 

Any ideas anyone?

Hi Ian,

 

Sorry you have this issue.  There are three tables that get 'very' large and can cause issue with upgrade.  ps_connections_(table name)....see image.  Truncate these tables, it causes no harm but you can export them for back ups if you like.  Then re-try the upgrade.  Happy day, el
