Product Shows Wrong Picture

Hello there,

 

I'm facing an odd situation with products listings.

The images are assigned to the wrong products.

 

I'll exemplify what happens:

Product A has image B

Product B has image C

and so on.

 

In the admin area the thumbnails are correct but the medium and big are from another product. In most cases the product that follows in the listings.

 

The DB was imported using a third-party plugin. I don't know if this could be the source of the problem!?

 

Any solution?

Hi Pedro,

 

it sure sounds like the 3rd party module did not assign correct image to product.  Have you contacted the developer of the 3rd party module?

Hello Pedro,

 

I had a similiar issue where product thumbnails were correct but the default large image on the product page was showing the wrong product image. The problem occurred after the importing of products using an import module.

 

In my case the product had combinations but the default combination did not have an assigned image.

 

This is how I fixed it:
edit product -> combinations -> select default combination -> edit -> assign default image
