Disable Price and replace Add to Cart with Contact Us link.

I have a product with a changing price tag depending on what people ask for.
PrestaShop from what I can see so far doesn't have the capacity to allow me to do what I need.

Can anyone suggest a solution which would allow me to Disable Price and replace Add to Cart with Contact Us link on individual pages.

I don't want it to be a site wide solution which would effect every product. I just want products I choose to be effected by the changes.
