bqzero Posted January 1, 2016 Share Posted January 1, 2016 Hi there I am pretty new on prestashop, but I am searching for a solution for a what I think little problem for 3 days now. Searched the web and also this forum, but still I am no step closer. During checkout procedure there is step 7 where you could choose your the carrier. But regardless what I setup for zones, states, carrieres (even pickup) the shop tells me that the delivery site is outside my delivery zone. Sounds pretty ease but to fix but I am unable to see my misconfiguration. Has anybody an idea what could be the issue? FYI the product has no specific delivery company assigned so all should be considered, but I see anyway only my pick up. Hope for a fast and most likely easy solution for that issue. bqzero Posted January 2, 2016 Author Share Posted January 2, 2016 Update: It's showing the message even if I only put a service not a physical product to the basket. On step 4 first it states there is no delivery needed for the goods and when I accept the terms and conditions and want to proceed the error appears again. Error delivery address outside delivery zone. Makes absolutely no sense to me. And FYI I also upgraded to latest stable version of prestashop and also updated the modules. Any idea guys?
