State And Zip Code Not Showing Up During One Page Checkout For Mobile Users

I have been searching everywhere for a solution to this problem to no avail. Using one page checkout, state and zip code do not show up on the checkout screen for mobile users. There are several dozen people with the same issue and we have not been able to solve it. If anyone could give some advice i would greatly appreciate it.

I disabled the one page checkout module and reverted back to the 100 step checkout process prestashop comes default with, but now there is no zip code field and the state field is visible but there are no states to select in the drop down menu. This is only occurring with mobile users and everything works fine on the desktop.

Can anyone lend any help? I know several other people are having a similar problems. Would upgrading to the latest version possibly help? Im loosing half of my sales every day due to this issue, and it doesnt seem like anyone is active on this forum. Without an active community to help solve these issues prestashop is worthless.

Ok so i updated to the latest version of prestashop, which went smoothly. Unfortunately it didnt fix the problem, so i uninstalled the one page checkout app entirely, but still have the same problem with the default prestashop checkout not accepting ANY zip code as if i didnt insert anything, and there are no states from the dropdown menu to select from. Its also now requiring an Identification number DNI NIF NIE to be inserted. These problems are only arising from mobile users, not desktop or tablets. This is becoming extremely frustrating and have yet to get any views on this post.
