extra comment on the invoice if prices are without tva?

I'm working for a month now with my prestashop.
and something I'm looking for is this.

If I sell products to an other firm that is not located in my country, then I must provide prices without TVA.
that's okey, I managed that.

But my accountant told me I have to add a specific sentence on the invoice.

Is there a module or a way where I can say :
if the TVA = 0% then
add this extra comment to the invoice?

Hi deech123!

I'm afraid I do not know any module dealing with this (but I am very far away from knowing all PS existing modules ;-)) but what I am sure is that PrestaShop does not provide such feature natively but would like.
Could you please add a message about this on the Tax & Law forum on your corresponding country thread for futur implementation?
