Have problem with registering and checking out

When I register, it does not continue the check out process.
Is there anyway I can restore the original files to fix this without reinstalling all over again?
If so please what are the files for registering and checkout process and their directories?

do you have direct access to the root folder or do you upload via ftp?

either way you can overwrite the files without changing your installing (just don't overwrite the settings.inc.php found in the config folder)

I would start with copying over your theme and seeing if that helps.

Thanks. I've re-uploaded/overwrited the theme directory. So I'll upload everything apart from them two files right? Many thanks again

still having same problem. Don't know what it is :S Anyone know all the files to do with:

registering an account
checkout processes

Please let me know, im loosing so many sales its unbelieveable. Thanks

The tpl files in your theme are the ones that handle the visual side of the order.

What is the web address? If there's time I'll just take a look and see if I can tell whether it looks like it's the tpl files or not.
