White Pge when adding products

Hi!

I'm setting my site online. But I'm facing a white page issue when adding products.

I've tried to set debug mode on, but Prestashop keeps not showing errors.

When I click on "save & stay", it saves my product but shows the white page and then is necessary reload the page, return to previous page, find the product and do other change... and it goes on and on....

Can anyone help me?

if errors are not displayed when in debug mode, check your php error log from your hosting account.

 

There are some errors that will never be shown on web page, mod_security for example, but they would be logged to your php error log.

 

so enable ps debug, replicate and then look at hosting php error log.
