how do i import new products with combinations/variants/attributes/ with csv file

i have some new products i wish to upload that have different colour and size options

do i have to upload the products first without the variants and then upload the variants separately?

Field separator - change to ","

i then select the headers from the drop down menus for each column but when it comes to my attributes column i do not know what dropdown to select

 

or do i select to import COMBINATIONS?

if so what dropdown do i select for the product name?

 

a youtube vid would really help me but i can not find one for adding combinations/variants/attributes
