Setting minimum order qty by group

I apologise if this is answered elsewhere but my searches have been fruitless.

 

I have a number of groups of customers and basically I want those in the "TRADE" group to have to order a mimimum quantity. It would be fantastic if I could do this by individual product or even by product category but I would settle on "All Products". So, if the customer belongs to the "TRADE" group they would not be allowed to order less than the minimum quantity. It goes without saying that customers who belong to other groups should have no restrictions.
