valibuk Posted September 7, 2015 Share Posted September 7, 2015 Dear Prestashop Maniacs, does anyone know how to handle all emails from backoffice via " Customer Service" ? When I mean all emails I mean : let's say I use one email address for everything, so [email protected] or [email protected] - customer who sends message directly to my email address : [email protected] or [email protected] : I'll see his message in Customer Service and I can handle it from there. - anyone who reply to any email from shop, let's say customer reply to order status " Preparation In Progress " : this email will be visible in my Customer Service. Simply, when customer reply to some order status, I do not get it in Customer Service, when someone sends email directly to my email I don't get it in Customer Service. Managing all emails from Customer Service and Webmail is really confusing and not comfortable. I was searching a lot about how to set up this feature on prestashop but no luck. Is there anyone who knows how to do it? I'll even create Paid Job offer if needed. Or can you guys share how you handle your emails from customers?
