Prestashop doesnt pass to payment page

I dont know why but my prestashop doesnt pass to payment page

When i selllect carrier for shipping after this i press proceed to checkout but noting happened it returns the same page

I have exactly the same problem.

I found out, that in my case it is caused by Terms of Service, which every customer must agree with. But it is not visible, so he can not check it and continue to next step.

When i turn it of, then it works.. but this is just kinda workaround.. :/
