How to add cart summary to an email?

Hi,

 

I have quite a few abandoned cart. I would like to send them individual emails. I know there is a module available for abandoned cart. But as in starting stages this module is very expensive. I would like get help in two things:

 

1, How to send an email through prestashop back office to a customer who has abandoned cart?

 

2, How to add the cart summary, of the abandoned cart, to the email?
