I've got customers claiming they are submitting contacts through the customer service form, but those emails never show up in the BO, or get sent to the shop contact. They always work for me, but some customers are telling me that they've used the form (and I didn't receive anything), and email contacts have dramatically dropped since I moved to prestashop.
