Octahedron Posted March 3, 2010 Share Posted March 3, 2010 Hi all,I have just noticed that there's a small confusion with the different shipping costs displayed at different stage of checkout.When a customer is NOTlogged in yet - the shop displays default shipping we can choose from BO.Then, when a customer logs in and follows the checkout - shipping is shown as 0 (zero), up until a customer reaches the final step of checkout and is just about to proceed the payment. Only at such late point the proper shipping charges are displayed (according to zone address that customer specified when registering)...Please take a look at the screen shots I am attaching here for better understandingI think this can be quite confusing for customers...
