How to fix Subcategory image issue in Prestashop Cloud

The image I have attached show the old problem with subcategory images, and even though I can upload a thumbnail for the category it isn't used.

I have read a lot in the forum about this issue and many posts about fixing this by making your own 125x125 image and uploading it to overwrite the system generated one.

In Prestashop Cloud this doesn't seem possible.

When I look at the location of the file it is in '/c/23-medium_default/necklaces.jpg'. However, when I FTP in there is no folder 'c' anywhere.

I have looked everywhere and can't find the file so I can replace it.

 

Is there any fix to this problem at all in Prestashop Cloud?
