liqfx
I've been trying to play with the invoice templates in /pdf/ to make it suit my Australian business. In Australia our invoices must say "Tax Invoice" and not just "Invoice". In header.tpl i can see that line 35 is what produces this heading. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to get it to change? <td style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 14pt; color: #444; width: 100%">{if isset($header)}{$header|escape:'html':'UTF-8'}{/if}</td> I tried changing it to <td style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 14pt; color: #444; width: 100%">Tax Invoice</td> which worked, however this also changes the heading on my delivery docks to "Tax Invoice" aswell. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
liqfx
Also, where does the information which shows up for the "Seller Info" (see picture) on invoice derive from? Currently it has my business name and business address, however, I also need it to have another line that says "ABN 123 456 789 11" which is an Australian Business Number (also another requirement in Australia to be on invoices).
liqfx
Well I've spent the best part of a day trying to sort this out (I'm completely new to this) but have finally found the solution to this problem and thought I'd post it so no one else has to go through this... To make your invoices show "Tax Invoice" instead of invoice, you need to edit HTMLTemplateInvoice.php found in /classes/pdf/ On approx line 64 you will see this 'header' => $this->l('INVOICE'), Simply edit it to say 'header' => $this->l('TAX INVOICE'), and overwrite the file on your server. Refresh and voila - problem sorted Incidentally for all the other Australians who find this, you can easily change the references of "tax" to "gst" under Localization>Translations and you will have a fully compliant Australian Tax Invoice. Hope this helps someone
