Guest
Prestashop 1.6.0.14 and ee use the create order in back office a lot. Last night I (foolishly?) upraded the list of modules that was offered We are now not able to create orders in the back office. I have cleared cahces but I donlt think thta is hte problem anyway because this is over multple installations So what happens? We click Add an order Then choose a customer: then after a much longer than usual pause we get this Basically the cart already has a previous order in. Which prevents us from progressing. Even if we delete these we cannot create a new order because it says the cart has already been used Any ideas?

Thanks for your help, Florent Please could you start your own thread about this, so that it does not get confused (And yes you can - there is a button to email the payment page)
