Move Product Description above Products Category block on Product Page

Hello!

 

I have Prestashop 1.5.6.2 and encountered the following issue:

on the product page the product description is below the Product Category block.

I have searched over the net for hours but was not able to find a way 

of moving the description above the block. 

 

Would anyone help me with that?
