New Install - Best way to redirect products to new product urls

I am transitioning one prestashop install on one server to another install on a different server.  In the end when the final switch is made the root domain will not of been changed, and all the same products are available in the new install, but at different urls due to category modifications and keyword modifications.

 

My question is what is the easiest way to redirect my old product URLs to the new ones so no external links are broken.  I just want all old external links to seemlessly go to new product URLs... how is best to do this?
