red dot - Network Response - unable to create users in FO

Dear all,

 

I kindly ask for your advice on solving the following problem: 

 1. I have built a PS website in a DEV environment, all seems to work fine.

 2. Have moved this to the PROD site, browsing products is working ok, however

 3. The create account option is giving errors "Technical error unable to load form. Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: parsererror"

 

Issue seems to be related to the 'red dot' that appears before the expected response in ajax - I could see this in Network -> Response related to the create account request. This red dot does not appear in the DEV site. Example text of the response is as below:

Website address with the error is http://mygermany.ro/. I initially thought it is a translation error, however the DEV site is still up and running, there the error does not manifest, so my assumption is that the cause is different.

 

Could you advise me on how to proceed in order to identify the problem and fix it?

Problem was fixed by reimporting the website. Actual cause unknown.
