Shipping costst 6,90 €, each additional item +3,- €?

Hello community,

 

my customer has a free delivery for the items in his shop, but only for german customers. All others should pay for the shipping 6.90 €.

Now he wants to set some additional shipping costs, but not by weight or size. He just wants a fee of 3.00 € for each additional item what comes in the sopping cart.

 

Means:

Customer buys 1 item, he pays 6.90 € shopping fee.

Customer buys 2 items, he pays 6.90 € + 3.00 € = 9.90 €. And so on.

 

My question now, is it realizable in a prestashop? Eventually there is a module, where figure this out?
