Make static banner responsive and disable customer opinions

Hi there; here I am back with a couple of questions; 

 

First; here the site: http://www.vinilosinfantilesmyt.com 

 

I need to make the static banner below the slider (the one with the owls and the whatsapp logo) responsive. I've attached how the code looks like for that widget (it's an HTML widget, if I need to make it another type of widget please let me know)

 

Second is I want to disable customer opinions (don't wanna make the stars ratings appear next to each product)
