Create order in BO adds product automaticly - and fu**s up orders, and invoices

When i create an order from the BO, it adds a product to the CART auto ( random products )

 

is there a way to stop this from happening?

 

my last order for a customer, "presta had added 2x a product.. i deleted the product" and added what the customer wanted.

he then continues to follow the email with the checkout instructions.

The customer pays, for the products that i added.

 

the order confirmation had the 2x auto added products and the products i added manually.

i use a automailer to my supplier, and hence... my customer will receive 2 AUTO added products for free.

and then the products he paid for.

 

then to make more fuzz...

(EDIT) THIS HAPPENS TO ALL ORDERS..

 

(EDIT 2) The problem from MIGRATION from ZEN-CART -  ORDER and CART ID numbers in Database was fetching information from old orders and old cart id's... Answer Provided by VEKIA in post:
