Price to include or exclude tax depending on non-logged in users location

Hi All,

 

My store sells goods in UK (inc Tax) and US (ex Tax) , the problem I am having is that prices all have to either include Tax or not for users who aren't logged in.

Prices display fine when User chooses delivery location, but this must work for non-logged in users..

 

I need the ability for visitors from US to see prices ex. tax whilst UK visitors to see prices inc. Tax.

 

I have tried using multisite option, but the three default user groups (Guest, visitor and customer) are linked from US and UK store, so I can't differentiate these and show one inc tax and one ex tax.

 

Any ideas how I can achieve this?
