No login credentials for my Prestashop

I got my shop setup yesterday (yay) but whenever I attempt to mange it and set it up I cannot login (boo). Whenever I attempt to login to the site I get the "1. The Employee does not exist, or the password provided is incorrect." error.

 

I have verified the password and even reset it on the main site.

 

Whenever attempting the "Lost Password" option on Prestashop I get the "1. This account does not exist" error.

 

Am I missing something? Do I need to setup users for the shop? According to the e-mail and what documentation I have seen it seems I do not need to do this.

 

 I have attached screenshots of both errors. Thank you for any assistance.

From the top of my head, it could be that the email is incorrect or the database encoding might be messed up.

 

Check your SQL database to see the stored credentials.

 

Or, you can execute this command in phpmyadmin where you have that big input command box.
