moxanaut
Hi, I'm helping a business out with a rogue computer man who is wreaking havoc with their Prestashop. I need to understand more about what he's been doing and what capabilities he has. So I wonder if there is a log for which IPs sign into the account and if the SuperAdmin can view it. I haven't delved too far but time is of the essence so I thought I'd ask the knowledge base. Thanks!
thepan
Hey This is definetly the wrong sub forum, but i am not a moderator... Any way, depending on the Prestashop Version in use, there is a menu "Advanced Parameters----> Logs". Maybe that helps.
moxanaut
Thank you thepan. Which would be the correct sub forum?? The adv parameters > logs does show me shopping cart errors but unfortunately no login attempts or locations. Thank you for your suggestion. El Patron
from hosting you should among other logs see 'access log'. For most hosting is this active and can tell you about any access. if you are concerned about un-authorized access, then change passwords for 1) FTP 2) hosting account 3) all admin login's.
