zabamich Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 My customer discovered issue when they placed order in store on quest account and later they updated to registered customer account they can't check order status. when they trying check order status for quest they getting masseges: This page is for guest accounts only. Since your guest account has already been transformed into a customer account, you can no longer view your order here. Please log in to your customer account to view this order when customer trying check order details after login to his account getting: Here are the orders you've placed since your account was created. You have not placed any orders. So in this situation customer is not able to check order details.any solution how to fix this?? store is build on presta 1.6.0.13 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
