prestatent
Hi After template changes go to Backoffice->Advanced Parameters->Performance. Click "Force Compilation", set Cache to "No". Save. Refresh your contact page and it should now show your changes.

Paulito
Hello No sure what you did or did not do before but, go to: themes/your theme/default-bootstrap/contact-form.tpl and around line 27 you will see this: {capture name=path}{l s='Contact'}{/capture} <h1 class="page-heading bottom-indent"> {l s='Customer service'} - {if isset($customerThread) && $customerThread}{l s='Your reply'}{else}{l s='Contact us'}{/if} </h1> <h4>This is sorin1z text</h4> {if isset($confirmation)} <p class="alert alert-success">{l s='Your message has been successfully sent to our team.'}</p> <ul class="footer_links clearfix"> Just add your text just under the h1 closing tag (</h1>) Result http://screencast.com/t/WcRJwEuTPme of course if you hard code this and use more than one language you will need to add extra coding. I am not really sure what you want to achieve so I'm sorry if this is a bit vague Paul

sorin1z
I just did that and it didn't work. I found and unsuccesfully tested this metod before. Is it posible that the former administrator could have altered the code in this manner so no one could modify it?
