[email protected] Posted June 6, 2015 Share Posted June 6, 2015 I've been trying to use the Connect to Fedex module for my shipping needs. I've found that while single package weight pulls the proper rates as verified through my account at fedex.com if I select the "split one item per package" option the rates come back grossly incorrect. As an example... I have an order of four units that weigh 10lbs each and must be shipped in separate boxes from Woodinville, WA to a residential address in Chico, CA. Fedex.com gives me a rate of $48.36 which seems reasonable enough. However, Connect to Fedex module gives me $84.90! If I increase the order to five packages shipping in separate boxes, I get from FedEx a rate of $60.45 and Connect to Fedex module gives me $127.35!! Even more perplexing is that all of a sudden Connect to FedEx now offers overnight shipping of just $1!!!! Obviously this module is seriously broken when using the "split one item per package" option. Has anyone else had these same problems and were you able to find any solutions?
