insert javascript in CMS page (1.6)

Hi

 

i would like to add a form to a CMS page (this would replace the contact us page) :

on the front office, text of the script show but does not create form... am lost this would work on any other cms !

I am assuming that the tinymce editor is stripping the tags as i have just tried your code in a html box:
