siliconchip Posted June 6, 2015 Share Posted June 6, 2015 (edited) Suddenly and for no reason I can see, I am unable to upload Product images. I receive the above error message and the image box is filled with a grey question mark. I can input all the data without any problem, e.g. description, combination, price etc. Its just the image file causing problem. I am using PS 1.6.0.14 and have not updated or made any new changes - I simply went to install a new product. I have visited various forums and tried all sorts, nothing helps or resolves the problem. What have I tried? Installing a new Fileupload.php Used both Chrome and IE Cleared cache Tried uploading an image already in my shop Reduced the file size of image to 50kb I really need some expert advice from a PS [spam-filter]! The shop is located at www.annashappytrotters.co.uk Its been 48 hours now and this has had 24 views, no answers, I guess there are no PS [spam-filter]'s out there after all - looks like I need to visit Magento and rebuilt the site.
