Change color of black header bar on top

Hi, 

 

I'm trying to change te color of the black bar on top of the page. (The Call us now text is there.) 

Can anyone help me how to change the color of this bar? i can not find it.

Now the next is how to change te text color and the hoover over color. Is it possible to change that to?
