Are you using the default front end theme? If not, try reverting to the default one and see how it works.

Also, is the layered navigation module up to date? See the modules admin page to make sure if any updates are available.

What happens if you select more than 2 filters, but don't select slider type filters?

The first thing that comes to my mind, and I have had problems in the past myself, is that you have a custom theme, that has some template and/or javascript file modifications made that are not compatible with layered navigation module core.

Is there a way you can give access to your site, the front end at least? Would be much easier to help.

Hey pishkus, thank you for reply, and my website is running on default theme with v1.6.0.9 installed and Layered Navigation Module is up to date.

The front-end link is http://shop.wedding.com.my, do let me know if you need more info to help debug on this issue.

Is this your development site or is it live?

Your prestashop version is not the latest. Have you updated the layered navigation module to latest version? If the layered navigation module was updated, then there might be incompatibility with the PS version.

Please see if you have a folder with tpl files inside themes/default-bootstrap/modules/blocklayered/ ? If you do, you might try renaming the '/blocklayered/' folder. Also, if you have a folder themes/default-bootstrap/js/modules/blocklayered/, rename it too. After renaming, PS will load layered navigation tpl and js files from the module folder /modules/blocklayered/, so the files versions will be latest. Do not forget to clear the prestashop cache.

I strongly recommend you try all these things on the development site first.

EDIT:

I have looked into your html source, and see that you are using some custom layered navigation module? I see this:

/modules/agileblocklayered/js/agile_blocklayered.js

Please try contacting the developer of the module, because it might be difficult for the community members to answer something about a custom paid module.

Pishkus,

This is my Production site.

In fact, I've deployed the custom module on my DEV site and it is working correctly.

Also, in Production site I tried to uninstall the custom module (Agile Block Layered) and install back the Original module (Block Layered) also the problem persists.

Besides that, may I know what do you mean by rename the folder/ files? (e.g: Rename it from blocklayered to blocklayered_?)

Do you have any suggestion that I can do besides that?

And the correct way to clear cache is it by navigating to Advanced Parameters > Performance > Clear Cache (top right)

Yes, by renaming I mean changing the name to something different, so that PS won't recognize it :)

Have you tried turning on the debug mode? Maybe some errors would show up. I know it's a live site, but you might try to enable it for a few seconds, for one page load, and then disable again.

Maybe the filters are not showing up in only 1 category, or is it the same problem in all of them?  If it's only one, there might be a problem with the category or its products.

Also, have you tried to select more than 2 filters but not to select the slider type ones? Maybe there is a problem with the sliders.

When I try to load the category as follow it shows the slider

http://shop.wedding.com.my/53-favors-gifts

Already tried to renamed the folder by adding underscore at the back and doesn't seems to be work also.

Also, I've tried to turn on the color filter option and also not working. By right it should work when I viewing this category

http://shop.wedding.com.my/14-evening-dress?id_category=14&n=42

Any other advice Pishkus?

I looked at the images you provided, and looks like the Agile Layered module versions are different. On production site it is 1.1.0.2, and on the DEV it's 1.1.0.

Thanks and just aware of that. May I know what is the correct way to uninstall a module?

Perhaps I will re-install the module and try again.

Well, I think it depends on whether your module uses custom overrides. If it does, you should delete the files manually. If there are no overrides, you should simply select "Uninstall" from the dropdown next to the module name. Then if you wish to remove the files, select Delete from the same dropdown list.

Also, you should check if the module has template overrides in /themes/default-bootstrap/modules, /themes/default-bootstrap/css, /themes/default-bootstrap/js. If there are overrides (folders with your module name), you may want to delete them too.

Understand, and I've tried to rollback to the same version in DEV. Still the color filter doesn't come out.

Everything was still running before I uninstall block navigation layered module by Prestashop. :(

After installed Agile Block Navigation Layered Module and even tried to uninstall and install back block navigation layered module by Prestashop also it doesn't work.

In fact I am suspecting it is the problem of product combinations more than the module, since Sub-Categories Filter, Product Stock Filter is coming out when I am not enable the slider filter.
