Manual order functions don't work in BO

Recently I've installed PrettyURLs module. At first I had a lot of problems with false links, disfunctional buttons and so on. But the developer FMEModules did a fantastic job in helping me out and in frontoffice all is working fine now. 

 

But then i found out that several buttons in the BO don't work anymore. If I make a manual order the Add-to-cart button doesn't work. Workaround is to add products in frontoffice and use the abandoned cart in BO. But then you can't change the amount or the price. In fact it does change on saving the order but not while you are working on it. So you can't see if your changes are right.

The guys from PrettyURLs say it is not related to their module since it doesn't affect BO files. But what can it be? I've been searching forums and the internet for days now, but can't find relevant information.

 

Hope there's someone here who might point me in the right direction.
