Update Shopping cart based on content of custom fileds.

Hello Everyone,

  This is what i want.

Have some 5 custom text filed for products. Based on content of these text fields I have to update shopping cart value.

Example if total chars from all text fields is 100, then increase cost by 2%.

 

Now my question is where can do this modification ? logic is fine just want the file / files which would need modification.
