psonou
Hi, I'm deployed on verion 1.6.0.14 and using Store Manager to speed up update process on my products. I have come across the following issue. After updating a part of my products with specific prices/discounts on a part of my prodcuts I have now a specific price (28% discount) that is applied to all my products. I have looked in the admin and nothing on products specific prices, price rules or cart rules. I have not rules anywhere. I have even no rules at all except the ones I have put in place through Store Manager. I have tried adding a product to check if the rule applies and it is. So I imagine it is a global price rule that does not show in admin panel. Please can you provide me some guidance on how to remove this manually ? It is a bit critical as I have to launch a promo campain this week-end. Thank you.
Iryna
Hello! Have you added specific prices manually or created price rules in Store Manager?
psonou
I have used Store Manager or create the specific price for each product.
Iryna
Could you please check ps_specific_price table. There might be 0 value provided in id_product, at it is shown at the screenshot. If 0 is indicated, try to change it, replace with other ID or delete the record. DO NOT FORGET to do backup to avoid mishaps.
