real quantity mismatch - in DB (advanced stock mgm.)

I read this post that describes my problem exactly.

The bad thing is it was never solved. However, the good is, that is was discussed for a beta version of Prestashop.

 

Hopefully, there is now an easy way to fix the mismatch of real and physical quantity.

 

 

I tried to adjust quantity in the db  field ps_stock_available. Now in Prestashop BO articles the total sum  is correct. The problem is we use adv. stock mgm. and in BO stock mgm. real quantity is still in mismatch.

 

This relates to several products. In some cases the difference is only one or two digits but sometimes real q. is negative!

 

This is worse since these products are not for sale I assume.

 

 

How can we fix and match physical with real quantity?

 

 

I know that another service guy tried to make use of the supply system. One or two years ago? I do not know but I know that it never worked. So may be it could help to cancel all supply orders in the BO though they are all set to the status: Ok.
